Building Energy Labeling/Rating Programs in the U.S. and China
Since 2011, ASERTTI and the WSU Energy Program have been working closely
with NASEO, the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, Hewlett
Packard, NRDC, and Earth Advantage Institute to deliver a Building Energy
Labeling/Rating Program in China. The program is training Representatives of
the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) and faculty and
students from the School of Environment and Energy at the Shenzhen Graduate
School of Peking University on U.S. energy labeling programs such as ENERGY
STARĀ® Portfolio Manager and Superior Energy Performance.
